Freelance Web Designers required for future projects

We are looking for experienced Freelancers to join the us.

You would ideally have:

• At least 18 months studio experience
• A strong design portfolio
• The ability to demonstrate a genuine passion for the job
• Solid appreciation of usability, accessibility, the web design process and the client's needs
• An acute awareness of web standards, accessibility, usability, and its impact on the user

Any experience in Flash would be advantageous.
