The Requirement
Part of the Provident Financial Group, N&N required a easy to navigate, user friendly website to promote their pay day loans service, the site would need to securely capture customers personal details during the online application process. An adminstrative area would also be required for management of customer data and processing of applications.
The Solution
A user freindly website enabling customers to securely apply for a loan online, once registered on the system customers can login to reapply or adjust there loan requirements. The site contained a secure online Content Management System enabling non-technical staff to process customer data and applications.
